Our staff is comprised of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and well trained, independent pharmacy inventory specialists. Several members of our staff have over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy inventory business.
Our prices are very competitive and usually not tied to a percentage of the value of the inventory. We evaluate each facility in advance to determine the appropriate number of associates that will be required to complete the on-site portion of the inventory process in 4 hours or less. By so doing, we assure that our costs of performing your inventory are known in advance. The cost to you is set accordingly and is firm. You no longer have to be concerned with day to day fluctuations in inventory resulting in a higher price from your inventory service provider.
JCA Inventories, Inc. will use state-of-the art equipment to gather information about your inventory. We upload this information into our computer and generate a printout for verification purposes while on-site. We highlight expensive items which are recounted to assure accuracy. If requested, copies of these verification forms may be copied for use by your auditors, in-house or independent. The facility will be left at least as neat as we found it.
Final reports can be delivered in almost any format you desire. The overwhelming format of choice has been a paperless, emailed .PDF file with an accompanying Excel spreadsheet. This allows you to manipulate the data if necessary. We have working relationships with the major wholesalers in our area which allows us to obtain your contract prices to assure the most accurate inventory possible. Final reports are usually delivered in 5-7 business days with a 10 business day guarantee.
